Here are some essential and necessary information on how we thought to organize the best of YOUR SAFE HOLIDAY
1) Reception: CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Our smile is always the same, even if hidden by the mask.
Before your arrival, we send you the self-check-in form (if you wish to do it) to facilitate and speed up the procedures of arrival at the hotel.
Upon departure you receive the self-check-out form from which, if you wish, you can check out and pay your hotel bill directly.
2) Room sanitization
Cleanliness has always been fundamental, and now it is even more so, we take even more care and, for this, we ask for a little more patience as it takes longer.
The room is sanitized daily, and is treated with the special machinery upon each change of Guest.
The linen is provided by a company which certifies its sanitization processes.
3) Sanitizing common places and restaurant
In addition to the normal cleaning and sanitizing that we carry out continuously, we added a sanitization every 8 hours using a special machinery.
4) Personnel training
Specific training for all our staff, aimed at reducing any possibility of contamination to the maximum.
5) Personnel Certification
Periodic monitoring of the health status of our staff and their immunization status.
Hours will be extended, with the room opening from 7 am to 11 am
Tables will be more widely spaced and we will organize at least two shifts of service. New tables, beautiful and large allowing us not to use the tablecloth for a greater sanitation.
8) Guaranteed garage parking 150 meters from the hotel.
